We believe that diving is about more than training - it’s about experiences, adventure, and community.

Throughout the year, we organize exciting scuba diving events and special underwater experiences that give divers a reason to get back in the water, discover something new, and share unforgettable moments with like-minded people.

From themed dives and marine science events to ocean clean-ups, community dive days, and special celebrations, there’s always something happening beneath the surface.

Our events combine diving, ocean conservation, education, and fun, while bringing together divers of different backgrounds and experience levels.

Come for the dive. Stay for the people, the stories, and the adventure.

These aren’t just dives. They’re experiences worth remembering.

Frequently asked questions about Scuba Events on Tenerife

Do I have to be a diver to come to your events?

No. Clean-ups need as many hands on the shore as in the water, the talks are open to anyone curious, and the get-togethers involve no diving at all. Bring someone who has never put their face in the sea — a good half of the people at any of these are not divers, and nobody will try to sell you a course.

They are for whoever is on the island that week, and that includes you. Plenty of people come to one clean-up while on holiday and end up back the following year. You do not need to live here, speak Spanish, or know anyone — turning up is the entire entry requirement.

The clean-ups, the talks and the get-togethers are free. Where an event is built around a guided dive — the Halloween night dive, the full-moon dive — the dive itself is charged at our normal rate and the event around it is not. We do not run these to make money; they exist so the people who dive here get to know each other.

Tell us you are coming — a message, a call, or a word at the counter — so we know how much food, gear or space to plan for. For the diving events please do book, because instructor places are limited. The quickest way is our WhatsApp community, which is also where every event is announced first.

Yes, and most people do the first time. Say so when you arrive and someone will introduce you rather than leaving you holding a coffee by the wall — that is the one thing we actually organise. The clean-ups are the easiest first one, because everyone has a job to do and nobody has to make conversation until afterwards.

Join the WhatsApp community. Every event is announced there first. Instagram carries the same announcements, it is not a sales channel and you can leave whenever you like.

Nothing but gloves if you own a pair, and we have spares if you do not. If you have your own divegear, bring it!

We supply bags, sorting trays and the diving equipment for whoever is going in. Everything found gets logged into PADI’s Dive Against Debris database, so an hour of picking things up also becomes a data point in a global survey rather than just a full bag.

To the clean-ups and the get-togethers, absolutely — children are usually better at spotting litter than the adults. The talks suit roughly twelve and up. For anything in the water the normal age and depth rules apply, so tell us their ages when you sign up and we will say honestly which part they can join.

The talks are given in the language most of the group shares and we translate the rest as we go — nobody gets left behind because of it. If you are coming to a talk and want it in German or English, say so beforehand and we will plan for it.
