PADI Decathlon EasyBreath Dive
DESCRIPTION
Yes — you can breathe underwater without any diving experience and without a tank strapped to your back. The PADI Decathlon Easybreath Dive experience connects you by a light hose to a floating station at the surface, so all you wear is a full-face mask. No course, no certification, nothing heavy — just your instructor beside you the whole time.
You’ll get a short briefing on the beach, then walk into Radazul Bay with your instructor — never more than one other participant in the group. The mask goes on, the hose does the rest, and you’re breathing underwater within minutes. About 30 minutes in the water, roughly 90 minutes door to door.
Everything happens from the shore, right here in Radazul — no boat, no departure time to catch, no seasickness. If a wave of nerves hits, you’re never more than a few steps from standing back up.
There are only two of these floating stations in Tenerife, and this is the only one in the north of the island.
It isn’t a diving course and it doesn’t certify you — it’s a guided introduction to breathing underwater, at 3 metres, with an instructor never more than an arm’s length away. Most people leave wanting to see how far they could take it, and that’s exactly what the Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water courses are there for.

Frequently asked questions about the no-tank diving experience
Do I need a diving certification or previous experience?
No. This is a no-certification experience — you don’t need a PADI card or any diving background. You’re never alone in the water: a certified instructor gives you a short safety briefing on the beach first, then stays right beside you for the entire dive.
How old do you need to be?
You need to be at least 12 years old to take part.
How deep do we go, and how long does it take?
You’ll breathe underwater to about 3 metres deep, right off the shore at Radazul Bay. Choose a 30-minute or 60-minute underwater session — with the briefing and getting geared up, the 30-minute option takes roughly 90 minutes door to door.
What's the difference between this and a PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD)?
A PADI Discover Scuba Diving is for people who want to experience real scuba diving, with a tank on your back. This experience is something in between snorkeling and diving — you go underwater and can stay there, but without needing full scuba gear. It uses a full-face mask connected by a hose to a floating air station instead of a tank. If you’re a bit scared or unsure about scuba diving, this is a great way to give it a try.
How many people are in the water with the instructor?
We never put more than 2 participants with 1 instructor, and your instructor stays beside you in the water for the entire dive. Diving insurance is included.
